PROJECT OVERVIEW

TEDxSVYASA is an independently organized TED event hosted by S-VYASA University — a global leader in yoga and holistic health sciences. The event needed a website that clearly communicates the TEDx vision, highlights speakers, and guides visitors toward registration.

The design challenge was to structure a content-heavy event website so visitors could instantly understand the event and feel compelled to attend — all within a strong TEDx visual identity.

DESIGN PROCESS

Problem Framing

Event websites carry large amounts of information — descriptions, speaker profiles, schedules, and registration flows. Without clear structure, visitors struggle to understand the offer and take action. For TEDxSVYASA, the design needed to present these elements cleanly while maintaining the strong visual character of TED events.

01

Visitors first look for the event identity and theme — context must be established immediately.

02

Speaker visibility strongly influences user interest and the decision to register.

03

Clear calls to action significantly increase the likelihood of conversion to registration.
